Pony Hair High-Tops
Black high-tops. But with pony hair. And buckles. And zippers. This shit's ridiculous. These are from Jump, a chinese brand, and come in several different color-ways. Not all the colors are in pony hair, and I personally think that the black ones are the coolest. they have gladiator inspired buckle straps, and then a zipper on the side for quick access. The pony hair makes them a good pick for fall and winter.
On sale for $95 right now.

Puma Urban Mobility Hilander
Shoes from the future!!! From Urban Mobility, an imprint of Puma Black Label(why are there so many imprints?!) comes this dope ass sneaker. They come in two color-ways, the white with the black/grey glossy soles and the black with red glossy soles.
I personally dig the white ones but they don't have them in my size :/ maybe I'll be able to find them in a puma store :D
these leather high-tops ditch laces and go with two velcro straps, making them seem futuristic. Very simple and clean design. The lack of small details makes these shoes very bold, but the subtle color contrast around the padded collar and the contrast of the soles gives them enough diversity to keep them interesting. Plus they look hella comfortable. They run about $225.

Surface to Air Black Leather High-Tops
I just got this pair of Surface to Air black leather high-tops. They. Are. Dope.
My pair is a European size 45, they are full-grain leather and suede and they are lined with a peanut-butter color leather. They are slightly padded around the collar and tongue and are super comfortable. I love the full leather, it just feels good on my feet. the soles are white, which is a pain to maintain but the contrast of the black and white is nice. Also white soles when kept clean look super fresh and crisp. They are made in Portugal, so that is a plus too. Also the only branding they have is on the inside of the shoe in the footbed. the leather footbeds are removable too, so I might switch them out with sheepskin footbeds during the winter.
they are normally about $300 but I scooped up this pair on gilt.com for about $140. if you don't know about Gilt you should check it out, they have different high-end fashion brands on sale each day, and have some really great deals.

Quilted Marc Jacobs High-Tops
This is a shoe that I fell in love with when I tried it on in Chicago. part of the Fall/Winter 2010 Marc Jacobs collection, it's an all black quilted high-top, lined in some kind of silvery material. They looks so fresh and they are soooo comfortable in real life. Literally the most comfortable shoe I've ever tried on in my life.
To bad it's around $500 or $600. I don't remember which, it was so expensive I don't even think about the price.

Heyday's Super Shift in Black leather
Heyday is a footwear company that makes some really dope high-tops. these are a pair of their classic Super Shift shoes. one of the features that set these sneakers apart are the removable ankle straps. You can snap them on, criss cross them, wrap them around take them off, rock them without laces. whatever. it seems pretty dope. definitely have to get my hands on a pair of these.
Heyday also specializes in comfort, their shoes are either lined in terry cloth (like a fluffy towel) or full leather. Also another standard feature in their shoes is a memory foam footbed. sounds comfy!
I'm definitely going to have to get some of these, considering they are only $145!
